Top 10 Restaurants in London

Restaurants in London

As the year 2017 comes to a close, I thought why not compile a list of top or at least my favourite restaurants based around London on one page for you all to perhaps check out for yourself next year.

Starting off in no particular order.

Hoppers

77 Wigmore St, Marylebone, London, W1U 1QE

As busy as it tends to be at Hoppers, it is a long wait before you get a table inside. A super popular Sri Lankan restaurant makes sure you are asking for more with a feast of selections. Also, for those worrying if the meat is suitable to eat, there are all halal so you can enjoy their yummy feast from their menu.

Tarshish

16 – 20 High Road, Wood Green, N22 6BX

The new Mediterranean grill restaurant in Wood Green, North-West London serves halal meat in its huge two-storey restaurant. It has a rooftop for greater viewing during the summer times. Turkish favourites can be found here alongside fusion dishes, with a family’s love of cooking at the restaurant’s core. You’ll easily fall in love with their presentation and food, definitely a favourite of mine.

A fine dining experience with plenty to choose from their menu, it offers something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for brunch with your friends/family or seasonal food, seafood or veg option they cater for all kinds to enjoy a feast.

Not only is the staircase at Christophers their popular imagery, but their food and desserts are exquisite. An elegant dining room experience with family as well as friends. A place for foodie lovers no doubt.

Chai Ki

Crossrail Place, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AR

Another Indian restaurant serving Modern Indian Soul Food combines traditional ingredients and cooking techniques from across the Indian subcontinent with contemporary touches.

Novikov

50A Berkeley St, Mayfair, London, W1J 8HA

Novikov Restaurant & Bar combines cool and contemporary interiors with a superlative culinary offering. A real feature of the Novikov Asian Restaurant is its open kitchen. Fronted by an amazing display of seafood and vegetables, it evokes the atmosphere of an Asian food market. The atmosphere here is welcoming and relaxing. The menu uses novel flavours and texture combinations, inspired by Chinese and Pan Asian cuisine.

Burgista Bros

195 Baker St, Marylebone, London, NW1 6UY

Another burger joint, but this one located opposite Baker Street station. Burgista Bros are more of an upmarket fast food eatery filled with lots of simple yet delicious burger goodness and perhaps a shake on the side too.

Pide Oven

45 Charlotte St, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 1RS

This place reminded me of my trip back to Istanbul as plenty of restaurants served Pide as it’s a traditional Turkish item. If you’re looking for comfort food and delicious looking Turkish Pide pizza’s then you’ll enjoy a meal here.
