Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur
Address: Jln Gamuda Luge Gardens, 48050 Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia
Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur offers an exhilarating experience that combines the thrill of go-karting with the scenic beauty of Malaysia's outdoors. All ages will enjoy this gravity-powered attraction, which is the first of its type in Malaysia. This location is inside Gamuda Luge Gardens' lush setting. It's a perfect activity for families, friends, and thrill-seekers alike, whether you're racing down the winding circuits or admiring the scenery from the Skyride chairlift.
You can choose from four different courses with your kart each time you go downhill, and each route has its own set of obstacles.

What is Skyline Luge?
This attraction first originated in New Zealand. It's a unique ride, allowing people to control their descent down built tracks using a specialised cart. You control your turns by moving left or right, and slow down by pulling the bar back. Considering that there are four separate tracks with more than thirty turns, including the largest tunnel system in the world, which is 160 meters long. The riders can choose their adventure level depending on their experience, from leisurely cruises to high-speed thrills.
Going from the right to the left lane is the best option if you're a beginner.
Skyline Luge Experience
We decided to go to the Skyline early in the morning, when it wasn't too crowded. Even though it started to rain halfway through our turns, the experience was still enjoyable. But before you begin your karting adventure, you have to choose your helmet size and wait in line for the skylift. I positioned my GoPro on my chest as I waited in line. The staff stamps your hand to indicate how many times you have used the skylift. You then ride the chairlift, which carries the karts to the top along with you. The chairlift can hold up to three people as it takes off.
You can take selfies or take beautiful pictures after you reach the top of the hill. Once ready, the crew gives you instructions on how to operate the karts before you get on them. However, it is quite simple to take up and ride; once you are ready and comfortable, you can proceed down each track. Setting the scene for the adventure ahead, this picturesque climb provides expansive views of the surrounding valleys and forests.
