Secret Garden Restaurant
Address: 5 Rue Françoise Dolto, 75013 Paris, France
Secret Garden Halal Restaurant in Paris is a hidden gem tucked away across the Seine River from the Pullman Hotel. It is a literal Instagram heaven, with numerous photo opportunities to capture, as the furnishings and décor are all lighted in Pink. Here, you can anticipate scrumptious brunch and a small range of evening options. All of the food here is nicely prepared and tastes good.
You can take the tram, which runs frequently towards Avenue de France. The restaurant is about a 10-minute walk from here.
Secret Garden Interiors
The restaurant is famous for its beautiful interiors and brunch cuisine. The atmosphere of Secret Garden is immersive. The decor was influenced by the four fashion capitals: Paris, London, Milan, and New York.
Here you can find so many nice spots to take good photographs, not only just in one space but around the whole restaurant. You have a space with a table and a wall filled with teddy bears and flowers. Also, you have a carousel in the middle of the restaurant. In a room, you have a chic environment, where cameras flash every few seconds with pink all around.
The food is French-inspired and cooked innovatively. Brunch menus include classics like salmon Benedict eggs, unique Caesar salads, and more decadent fare like fried chicken waffles. Dessert options include granola bowls, French toast, and pancakes.

What I Ordered:
- Taco Pollo €11
- Emily in Paris €11
- The Kooples €13
- Sweet Sugar €18
Menu at Secret Garden Paris
While dining at the restaurant, you must scan a small mannequin QR code to view the menu. One of the reasons the restaurant is aimed at a younger generation. However, if your French is proficient. They do provide a French-only menu. Unless you know how to utilise a translator with graphics, etc.
Then you'll comprehend what's on the menu.
Taco Pollo
For starters, I chose the Taco Pollo, a wrap of shredded chicken, guacamole, and feta sauce in a pancake shape and served in bite-sized portions. This was reasonable and looked good. I expected some form of crunch, but it was soft and chewy. Maybe I should have chosen something different instead.

Sweet Sugar
This was the highlight of my dish for the night. Pricey but filling, you have Salad, Mango, strips of fried chicken, candied tomatoes, pomegranate sprinkled and grilled chickpeas.
The chicken strips with salad were delicious, as was the salad's sauce, which I'm not sure what it was but tasted great. However, I felt there was far too much lettuce, rather than the chicken strip. Nonetheless, a healthy-looking and nicely presented dish.

The Kooples
I decided to have this dessert, after seeing someone beside me having this particular dessert. I was impressed, that I had to try it out for myself by ordering it. Presented in a glass of smoke and a heavy glass plate. This small piece was simple Food Art.
As you have Pistachio and Raspberry dessert, with Mousse and Pistachio Sparkle.

Food: 6 out of 10
Service: 8 out of 10
Price: 5 out of 10
Experience: 9 out of 10
Presentation: 9 out of 10
Overall: I’ve given Secret Garden Paris a 7.4 out of 10.
Conclusion
Given their reputation for brunch, I believe it would have been preferable if I had had the opportunity to dine for brunch instead of dinner. The dinner options were restricted, and half of them did not appeal to me. As a result, I chose something that appeared to be tasty but not very filling. The prices here are high since you are paying for the service/interiors rather than the meal. Ideal for date night or with friends.
Although my experience was good, the staff there were helpful. By helping me with the menu with the translation and deciding what I should order. As it was quiet, I was able to sit wherever I wanted. It was ideal, as I got to take so many photos and videos around the restaurant as each corner had an instagrammable spot.
In addition, the food and beverages were well presented. Each meal was beautifully arranged and appealing to the camera. Especially, the 'Emily in Paris' drink, which looked so amazing with the bubbles. When you poke it, smoke pours around the table.
If I'd return, it would only be for brunch, which seems much better. Nonetheless, if you're searching for beautiful photos, you won't be disappointed, as it's similar to the ELAN Cafe in London, with its pink interiors and props.
